According to reports, both actresses have been tapped to play the iconic blonde in a biopic, however, the Match Point star has more chances. “Angelina has a chance but the favorite right now is Scarlett Johansson,” said a source. “She’s younger and has the right look as well as the talent to pull off what is a hugely challenging role,” added the insider. Plus, George Clooney has reportedly been approached to play Monroe’s close friend Frank Sinatra.
Scarlett Johansson and husband Ryan Reynolds have acquired a new property. According to Usmagazine, the couple bought a $2.8 million LA house as their second wedding-anniversary approaches. A source said that they already sent invitations for the ceremony. The residence boasts two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a swimming-pool. The Match Point actress and the Canadian hunk, who also have an apartment in Manhattan's Upper East Side, tied the knot in a private ceremony in September 2008.

"I don't have the busiest agenda. I'm just an actress for hire. So I have months and months where I just sit around and wait for jobs. Scarlett also assures to have a variety wardrobe for her frequent travels. “When I’m traveling the most important things is to pack items that go easily from day to night,” she said. “So that could be a nice easy jacket or blazer, a pair of black trousers, boots, and a dress that can be worn with leggings.”

According to reports, the Match Point star has 'verbally agreed' to play the main role in Gravity from director Alfonso Cuarón. The film revolves around the adventures of lady who returns home to Earth and her daughter after a space mission fails. Scarlett's Iron-Man 2 costar Robert Downey Jr. is rumored to be her co-star in Gravity, too. Jolie apparently declined the offer because she didn’t want to share the screen with a leading man.
